When will my order Ship?

I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means to much to me that you want to have my art in your home. As an art collector myself, I can tell you that art truly transforms your atmosphere. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via anikdeslauriers@hotmail.com within 45 days in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you. Certains conditions as extreme weather or holidays may occur a certain delay. It may take the full 45 days. In November and December, there is some delay in the international supply because post offices are very busy.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at anikdeslauriers@hotmail.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. 

VAT fees

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery

What is your Exchange Policy?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What is your Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy on all original paintings, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

There is no returns & exchanges accepted on prints (unframed paper, framed paper and canvas), as I do not carry prints in stock. But please contact me if you have problems with your order.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg custom products (such as special orders, bespoke size/frame options or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
