Anik DesLauriers paints in rhythm with the living world. Guided by intuition, she works with light, matter, and energy to create spaces where colour softens, shifts, and begins to breathe.
Her paintings emerge from a search for that fragile threshold — where the visible touches the invisible, where gesture becomes presence. Layer by layer, she builds surfaces that hold both transparency and depth, movement and stillness.
Alongside her studio work, Anik extends her paintings into wearable art, allowing the energy of her gestures to move with the body in everyday life.
She lives and works in Quebec, Canada.

With a background in environmental science, landscape architecture, and cartooning, she created Hirondella as a way to bring her creative universe into everyday life, through fine art prints, illustrations, and her Signature activewear.
