We offer a 30-day return policy on all original paintings. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and shipped back in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your request is approved, you will be responsible for returning the item to us.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the situation and make it right.

Prints & Activewear

There are no returns or exchanges on:

  • Art prints (unframed paper, framed paper, or canvas)

  • Hirondella Signature activewear

as these items are made to order and not kept in stock.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us - we are always happy to help.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces, such as special orders, bespoke sizes, personalized items, or custom framing options, cannot be returned. If you have any questions about a custom piece, feel free to reach out before ordering - we’re here to guide you.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as your returned item has been received and inspected. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
